I am such a fan of Green super food 8-1. Mostly, because it is almost impossible to intake all the necessary nutrients in one day that our body requires. I use it in normal water as my snack in between meals. But this product could also be used in a smoothie if you choose to. There is virtually no after taste. I enjoyed this product so much that I encouraged my coworker to purchase and he did!!! This product will definitely me a mainstay in my home.

Great taste! Iâve tried it with water and ice, with juice and ice, and as a smoothie with yogurt. Each way has turned out well. I would highly recommend this product for the super greens and energy level.

I am returning this product because the makers do not LIST THE INGREDIENTS. I must assume they hide information, therefore, I am not using this product.Silly me, trying to be responsible for what I put in my body.This product is sweet. I don’t know what the sweetener is. I failed to use my responsible brain when I ordered this. I examined the labeling as presented on the Amazon site.I allowed myself to get fooled by the “BLEND’ descriptions. The label does not state anything about sweetener. Well, sweetener is in it. Is it cane sugar, is it fructose, or sucralose? Is it monkfruit?

A newbie and a good one
We were in search of a new greens powder as our previous one went way too high in price. We wanted a ‘clean’ one and this seemed like it would be good. Grabbed it when it was on sale and we loved it. It tastes good, mixes well, and is great to hide in smoothies for the little kids! So far we are loving it.
