Worth the Investment!
As a coffee lover, but someone who had never used an espresso machine before, this has been one of the best investments Iâve made in my home! My husband and I use it everyday, often multiple times a day. Super easy to use and makes the best espresso! Instructions are helpful when setting up and trying to make adjustments for different beans. Havenât played around with any other settings besides the basic espresso brew.

Easy to use. Very versatile; espresso, americano, coffee, cold brew, and steam wand all work wonderfully. Not too loud. I do wish it had a removable hopper. Comes with a steaming pitcher that was too small for me.Has required monthly descaling but our water is very, very hard.

Possibly the worst buy I have ever made, no quality or support
I bought this in December 2024, it’s now beginning of May and its broke. When you turn it on the only light that comes on is the tea light. When I tried to factory reset then the Descale light comes on, however since it won’t fully turn on, I cannot run descale. I sent an email to Delonghi support but not even an acknowledgement they received the email. Do not waste your money on this, it’s not worth the price. Remember their support crew doesn’t respond, timely or otherwise.

I so enjoy making my own espresso cold coffee drink! I can’t wait to learn how to different drinks with it! Only downfall is it’s cheaper now than when I bought it. But still well worth the money!

Good machine
This coffee maker makes delicious coffee, looks lovely in my kitchen and itâs quite easy to use. Also, maintenance has not been difficult in terms of cleaning it. We were easily able to access assistance by calling the 800 number when we were setting it up. Not difficult.The one problem weâve had is that the steamer tends to overheat the milk and forms bubbles instead of froth. We have only had it for about two months, but no problem so far other than the frother.

I was very nervous to spend this much money on a latte machine.My wife talked me into it and she did not have to work too hard. Lol.It works very well, was easy to setup, and easy to use. Keep your manuals around. I have to look a few things up to verify what the display notices mean.You will enjoy. I have to admit I am keeping track of how many lattes I have made and will continue keeping track until the unit has paid for itself.

Espectacular! Tengo un mes con ella y hacemos entre 5 y 8 cafés diarios. Es fácil de usar. Al principio estaba entre una automática y esta, pero usé la automática en casa de un conocido y no me gustó, parece más endeble y siento que las partes de la construcción pueden dar más lata. La siento más de plástico toda y esta es más robusta y aunque tiene varios sensores que posiblemente a futuro pueden dar lata. En cuanto a construcción es muy buena. Antes de comprarla pensé que serÃa complicado enseñarle a mi esposa a espumar la leche por lo que compré un espumador aparte. Hoy me di cuenta que no se necesita. Es demasiado fácil y nada complejo y fácilmente aprendieron a usarlo en casa. Es espectacular y con la configuración de fábrica está perfecto para tazas y estándares. Solo ajusta la cantidad de café y listo. Y para los carajillos es una excelente opción la del face frÃo. Quedan muy buenos. Mi suegro tiene una de gama un poquito más baja y mi cuñada la especialista de hace dos años y todas son excelentes pero esta nos encantó!

Really enjoying this machine! Love the level of control and the features – just the right balance. Grind, tamp. Switch. Pull the shot. Perfect if you want to create your own little coffee ritual.Amazing espressos, americanos and coffees – havenât tried the cold brews – just yet. Beautiful crema on your shot. Can adjust for different beans – guide will keep you on track. Milk steamer works great for cappuccinoâs (and a nice foamy milk for hot chocolate for the kids). It has a decent range of motion and is insulated.A little intimidating when you first unbox – but was an easy setup. YouTube videos from deLonghi were very helpful. Pay attention to the instructions on the water hardness test. The filterâs pop out with just your nail – but doesnât feel like it will the first time.Recommend getting the knock box for the full experience.

I didnât think I could switch from a Breville and be happy with an espresso machine, but this was on a good sale and this model âfixedâ all the complaints in reviews of the previous versions of it. So wow, what a difference in making an excellent morning espresso and having little to no mess! My Breville grinder in machine always spewed grinds somewhere on the counter and what it didnât spill I did during tamping. This machine is so much easier to keep the counter clean and to date every cup has been great! Just beginning to explore all the options of cold brews etc, the tea option for a quick cup of boiling water also great. DeLonghi has won me over! Great machine!
