Scratched or used product
One of the attachments came in scratched so idk if this was used before ð

Product broke but worked good while it lasted
At first it worked great! Then my sister borrowed it for a few months and it broke. Because of this I donât know how so it could be the product or her: the different attachments wouldnât attached right but would still heat up. This ended up with me curling my hair and a burning hot attachment just falling off and burning my arm!! Honestly it worked great for when I used it and I never had ANY complaints so I assume that it wasnât the products fault that it broke.

Amazing product. Looks totally expensive and high quality. Boxed up beautifully and all attachments are of high standard. Not cheap at all. Fast heating time. All attachments fit well into barrel. Lovely colour too. You don’t need to spend more. Easy passes as an expensive high end hair curler. All the sizes are a bonus too. Glove is essential. Wasn’t sure if to buy this but I was happily surprised

This product is extremely defective and caused me to have a third degree burn on my leg. Whilst using it, the hot tong end came out of the handle, fell onto my leg and stuck to it. This was not a user issue, this product is faulty and I can now see other people have had similar issues. This product should NOT BE SOLD. Please do not buy as this is extremely dangerous and has caused me significant pain and likely to scar for a long time.
