I have tried several protein shake powders on the market. TRUEFIT is the best-tasting one. The chocolate tastes like chocolate; importantly, there is no unpleasant aftertaste or smell. It mixes easily and completely without any lumps of product remaining. After taking it for a few weeks, I noticed that I had more energy. I also feel full for several hours after drinking it. There are cheaper products, but they are not as good as TRUFIT.

Iâve Researched high and low for a protein powder that doesnât hurt my stomach. Iâve tried everything from cheap Walmart powders to expensive hydrolyzed whey protein powders. Additionally, it was one of the best tasting protein powders.I use this in two ways .I make milk Shakes , also in my coffee as a creamer. The flavor isnât as good as people are saying, once I add PB2 to it, it definitely helps. As far as the benefits Iâm not sure as Iâm in my first week but the ingredients are pretty clean for the most part & high protein.

This protein powder itâs actually good! It does not bloat me and it tastes good in (your choice of milk or water) which some protein powder they taste funny. It also smells good this is my 3rd time buying it! I highly recommend it.

Love this product. The chocolate one is definitely better than the vanilla. No chalky taste. Definitely requires a vigorous shake though. Prefer to use with coconut milk or fairlife. Have not tried with water yet. But I’m sure it would be ok, just not as creamy.Definitely worth putting on reorder.

I workout 3/4 times a week and drink this after each workout as a lunch meal replacement. It keeps me full until dinner time. I’ve definitely noticed that I feel less sore the next day.This is the first protein powder I’ve ever tried and I must say, it tastes absolutely delicious. I got the chocolate flavour and usually mix it with cold oat milk. The texture is slightly thick but not too thick which, honestly, I actually quite like. It tastes much like a dessert or milkshake! It’s sweet with a tiny hint of saltiness which I feel enhances the chocolate flavour! I will definitely re-purchases once I finish this tub.
