    “The Black Woman’s Guide to Managing Stress” by Dr. Cheryl Woods Giscombé came into my life at just the right time. Although my life is filled with blessings, like many, I still face stressors that can feel overwhelming. This book felt like a lifeline during a critical moment, offering not only wisdom but practical, deeply relatable tools for navigating stress.As I read through the pages, I saw myself reflected in so much of the content—it was like Dr. Giscombé was speaking directly to me and my experience.
