Amazing, I saw improvements within the first couple of drinks
I absolutely love this not only did my husband, and I immediately feel the effects of these super greens more than we were even expecting, but the taste is not even bad at all. We mixed them with other fruits and some vegetables and threw in our super greens and I have to tell you that I had instantly a better attitude better energy, I felt like I was Getting the good nutrients that I needed, and my body immediately felt better. The quality of this super Green mix was so amazing. I am so excited to share this with my husband and my kids and literally anyone on the Internet who will, read this. I cannot stress this enough. The super greens are so incredibly effective that I feel like a super mom. Being able to breast-feed and knowing that I have all these good nutrients in here that Iâm passing to my baby, and that my Older kiddo will also drink and enjoy is so incredibly worth it. I highly recommend it. Please pick yourself up a bag and your body and the people around you will thank you. A lot of ENERGY
Do not take at night. This will give you so much energy. I made the mistake of taking half of the recommended dosage, which is about a teaspoon, at 8pm. Went to bed at 9:30pm, could not fall asleep until 12:30pm, woke up at 2:30am, drenched in sweat. Taste is good, havenât tried it with water, but I mix it with orange/pineapple juice. Big bag too, if you were to take 2 scoops, you get 45 servings, what a deal. Mixes well.

Good for what it is
I don’t think you order this and think, “boy, this is going to taste great!” and it doesn’t. But it also doesn’t make the stuff that you mix it with that does taste good into something that doesn’t. It didn’t mix as well in thinner things, so definitely plan to use it for smoothies and whatnot. It’s not going to fix a bad diet, but every little bit of green that you can sneak in has benefits, so like the old cereal commercials say, it’s a complete part of a balanced breakfast, so to speak.

Nice health boost
This was a nice addition to my morning smoothies, and it’s good to have an easy way to get some additional vegetables/nutrients. It didn’t dramatically impact flavor but does make it taste a little more “green” (if you do smoothies, you’ll know the flavor I’m talking about). That said, the stevia is definitely noticeable, so make sure that’s not a dealbreaker for you. Overall, it’s nice to feel like I’ve improved the healthiness of breakfast.
