Love, love, love these bath salts. They smell wonderful like a spring bouquet and leaves my skin soft. Good for lifting the spirits and muscle pain. You can get two nice soaks out of one package. This is my daily indulgence and it really helps with the muscle pain of fibromyalgia. Not a splurge but a necessity!

However, Iâd personally prefer if the lavender were toned down a bit to let the other floral notes shine through more.The instructions recommend adding 1 cup, but I found the measurement a little unclearâI wasnât sure what size of cup they meant. Regardless, it dissolves well in the water, leaving the bath fragrant and soothing.Overall, itâs a good choice for anyone who loves a strong lavender scent and a relaxing bath experience. A bit more balance in the scent mix would make it perfect for me!
