I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO FIND THE PERFECT ROBE
And here it is! I used a belt robe that was actually given to my husbands for like 2 years and wanted a new. I am an overthinker 100%. I donât love the belt robes bc they are either too tight or coming open. I looked at zipper house robes but sometime I like my legs to get more air while my upper body is cozy. The I looked up button robes – GAME CHANGER. This robe feels like a blanket but I can walk around the house and do chores, walk outside, etc. It is pretty warm but I have a summer robe so that wasnât a concern for me. I struggled between getting medium or large b/c I didnât want it to feel so big that I felt like I could do house work in it. I got the large and it is big, but not too big. The sleeves roll up perfectly for when I am washing dishes. It ends at about 6 inches above my ankles. It washed and dried (low temp) well. I have had it a week and look forward to putting it on every day! For reference, I am 5â6, 140lbs. Got a Large ð

Great winter Robe!

Luxurious, soft, warm, and it actually stays fastened together unlike other housecoats.
I got the green medium housecoat for my daughter and she’s in love. She’s never had one before and her 5’6″ stature fit the robe perfectly with just the right amount of oversizing that she likes. The material is way softer than I’d imagined and it’s warm as heck, so don’t think you can wear this in a Texas summer. It stays buttoned well and breathes just the right amount so she’s not uncomfortable and the pockets are deep enough to hold her cell phone and then some. It also dries in a reasonable amount of time, so it can be used after showers.

My favorite robe
I love this robe more than any other I have! It fits, it’s soft, the color is distinct but not overly bright, and it is warm. When I roll up the sleeves, they stay in place. It’s exactly as long as I wanted. (I’m short, and the medium comes just below mid-calf.)I’d forgotten about button-front robes; I haven’t had one for years and years, but now that I’ve rediscovered the style, I don’t want zips or ties ever again. I want to buy another one (or two!) of this robe, but I don’t want red or orange, so I am checking regularly to see if more colors become available. *crossed fingers it will be soon*

Sheds quite a bit
The material on this is heavenly – super buttery soft, thick, and just so nice. When it arrived, it put it on right away but wow, it really shed a lot. I washed it and that helped a lot, but there’s still some shedding. I’ll only wear this if I’m wearing a lighter colored nightgown underneath. It’s such nice material though and incredibly cozy feeling. I like that it doesn’t have a hood or a belt because there’s nothing to clump under me if I’m lounging in it. The color also looks very nice – subtle enough that it doesn’t look immature. Overall, other than the slight shedding, this is super dreamy to wear.
