Itâs very hard for me to find a good vitamin that actually helps and doesnât upset my tummy. This one definitely hits all the marks. It gives me energy and all the daily supplements I need. Its very easy to take and has a good taste, with still having very little sugar. Every time I eat one I feel like the two football players on the Hairbo gummy commercial where one player says, “it tastes too good.” I like eating six a day. If there was no limited amount, I would probably eat more lol.

They have all the vitamins and minerals I was looking for in a multivitamin. Love that it has omega 3s as well. I was surprised that you have to take 6 gummies a day and to me they taste SO gross.

Serving size is six gummyâs
I shouldâve read before I ordered that it takes six Gummies per serving. Thatâs a lot of gummyâs in one dose compared to other gummy vitamins that I take, and this one made my stomach feel uncomfortable after taking them. Not sure if itâs the vitamin or the large quantity of Gummies either way I ended up throwing away the bottle.
