I love my Smart Ring and it fits perfectly. I wear a size 7 and a lot of the rings from other companies start with a size 8, this company was the only place that have the Ring starting in size 7.At first I couldnât figure out how to get it to work until it said allow Bluetooth in my health app on my iPhone now itâs working.I have insomnia and it tracks my sleeping which shows me Iâm not getting that much deep sleep but more light sleeping. I also love how it tracks my steps, heartbeat and blood oxygen.A must have if itâs what you are looking for in a Smart Ring.

Two month lifespan donât waste your money.
2 month update, the ring randomly stops recording any data, the ring is going to the trash im taking the 50 dollar loss. Heart rate works ok,step count is ok, sleep track seems good. The bad is just after return window close the battery is only lasting a day maybe 2, when I first got it the battery would last about 4 days which was still far from the claims.

Might be worth the cost but barely.
I recognize that the cost of this device is quite inexpensive compared to other products on the market but even for the cost I have trouble rating this more than a few stars.First I would start with the quality of construction, it looks and feels cheap. If youâre replacing a wedding band or a nicer piece of jewelry this definitely isnât going to be a good replacement.Second the screen is very obvious and just looks odd. You can see all of the characters even when theyâre not on or displayed. The button to actuate the screen is a black square which is also very obvious.Last the sensor for pulse and blood oxygen according to the diagram in the manual should be opposite of the top of your finger but it doesnât lineup well at all with the screen so if you put the sensor where it belongs on the bottom of your finger then the screen is facing sideways on my finger and the black square for turning the screen on and off is off to the side invisible. Iâm guessing this is just a quality control issue but pretty much what I wouldâve expected.Iâm only giving a three stars because of the price but truthfully Iâll be returning it.The app is part of the issue. Somehow it is report g blood pressure data to Apple Health although this ring says nothing about BP and there is no BP section in the app? Why these all seem to be locked to their own app is a mystery. You can buy this under 50 different brand names but they are the same.If you see 5 star reviews, youâll notice they are all Vine paid reviewsâ¦

Pretty Good, A Few Shortcomings
Be careful when purchasing an inexpensive smart ring. My ring brand is called JYOUPRO. Yet the Amazon description now lists it as SSPATIOS. In any case, many descriptions on Amazon stated that it measures blood pressure, as did mine. Yet, there is no support for it on the JYOUPRO app. So I am somewhat disappointed. That feature would be really helpful for people who need to monitor BP. It’s strange that some reviews actually comment on its ability to measure BP. Hmmmmmm.It comes in a nice box with a little charger case and instructions that must be read with a magnifying glass. And the instructions give most, but not all, information to connect to your phone and operate the device.Anyway, the ring does everything else as described and does it fairly well. O2, pulse, steps, etc. are accurate. Sleep patterns appear accurate BUT only measures deep and light sleep, not REM. Exercise data also appears accurate BUT getting to the recorded GPS track history data is not obvious. You have to press the little circle with three lines in it at the top right to see the results. And it would be nice if there was a way to delete extraneous results… i.e. bad/partial tracks that take up memory.BTW, the camera feature must be started in the app on the “Device” page …. and stopped in the app too. By shaking your finger, you can start/stop pictures and video. Kind of a neat feature. BUT, remember to turn the feature off when finished as the app is very sensitive and every time you shake your finger … even ever so slightly,… your phone will take a picture/video. Lots of pictures, ask me how I know :-). It is on that page where you will find the ring battery level too.So, would I recommend it? Yes, given the slight shortcomings that it has. Pretty good device for the price. The app’s UI could be improved to make it more intuitive too.
