Love this ring I wear it 24 seven helps me track my sleep . I recently have been more restless at night and was not sure if I was getting quality sleep . Now I know , battery life is un matched.

Thing i may have a broken one.
I think i received a broken smart ring. I bought this mostly so it can count my steps, check my blood pressure and keep log, but mostly so it can keep a track of my sleep. I’ve worn the ring for a day. And it doesn’t record or log my sleep at all. And yes im wearing the ring correctly. Also for my blood pressure I have to manually enter it in. I was also frustrated trying to set up an account because the directions weren’t clear. It’s all quite aggravating. Would like to return the ring if this is how the ring truly is.

Great device for tracking steps and other health information. Tracking steps is cool, but this thing even tracks blood pressure and heart rate. I have very low blood pressure, so it’s nice to be able to monitor it at all times. It also monitors my sleep and is a great value for the money, I recommend it!
