Good but potent!
It’s a good product and i’ve been taking it for over 5 months, but I took 3 (which is the amount per serving) and thought I was going to OD. Seriously, I threw up 1.5 b/c I felt like I was going to pass out. Now i only take 1 and it works great. Maybe it’s just so potent, which it’s supposed to be. But i would be careful how much you take.

Not an improvement
I started taking magnesium to ease muscle cramps at night. An off-the-shelf brand worked great. After seeing an advertisement for Ocean, I decided to try it in case their claim that store brands contain heavy metals is accurate. I have finished my first bottle, and my leg cramps returned while I used this brand. I will do more research into their claims about the health risks of store brands. However, experience has taught me to be skeptical of such claims. It’s usually a marketing ploy, not science.
