Usually it goes away on its own but this was stubborn for over a week, not getting worse or I would have gone to the dr. I have always heard about boric acid helping out to keep the pH at the right level so I bought these. I waited a week to see if things would resolve and I finally used one as directed. Let me tell you, the next day what a difference. NO discharge. NO odor. Very dry (like normal) and no having to change underwear . I will use again one or two more days but amazing what it does to restore the pH.I was scared of side effects but I had none. If you have a really serious issue see the doctor but minor stuff, give it a try.

I was a bit iffy on ordering these but i needed something that would help my ph balance, when received i followed the directions i used it at night and i found it easier just popping it right up you when i used the applicator it kinda hurt . But when i woke up i kid you not the odor was gone! that was my main concern an issue i was needing help with an now i feel more comfortable with myself, but the one thing is my discharge came more out than it did usually it’s quite alot an leaked through my panties an leggings first time my discharge as ever done that so not sure if anyone has experienced that but thats the only thing that i hope will go away in a few days.
