Delicious Coffee!
I LOVE THIS!!! It makes the best coffee, and it is super easy to use. However, I do have some trouble with the included milk frother turning off before warming the milk, and I have to turn it on again to get it to work. The pods are a bit expensive but cheaper than getting coffee out every day.

This machine is amazing!!! Thereâs even an app for it that lets you update the software. The fact that it disposes the old pod into a bin is my favorite part. Iâm so happy I purchased this!!! Exceeded all my expectations.

Great coffee maker
Easy to use and makes a cup of coffee or espresso fast. I have not experienced any leaks and machine is not too loud. After adding milk/cream, coffee is not as hot as I would like but a quick 30 sec in the microwave fixes that.

I decided today to set this machine up. (Had back surgery recently & wasn’t up to doing it till now) Sadly, now I’m passed the return window ð𫤠So, anyway, 1st thought was how it just sits on the counter, no base. I will need to buy the base that holds the pods (more money) 2nd thought: Ugh, you have to use the apps to find out how clean it the 1st time or how to even use it. (I guess I’m old school now). 3rd thought: It is quite noisy! No sneaking a cup with this one ð. I opened the included frother. 4th thought: another piece of equipment which needs to be plugged into an outlet. That’s annoying. At this point I want to return it. but too late. Hopefully the coffee tastes good enough to make all this forgettable. So, let’s see….. my first pods i used was a single expresso shot i guess cause apparently the amount it made was just that. 5th thought: since I only have a 2 plug outlet,to use the frother at the same time, I have to unplug my coffee pot (there goes the clock) as they are both 3 prong plugs. …..hmmmmm……another drawback. Oh well, I will now download the app to see what else I can find out. I think I’ll stick with my Ninja is if I want a quick cuppa! I will probably enjoy this more after I learn more.UPDATE: I’ve made a decision now…..I LOVE THIS ESPRESSO VERTUO! I watched videos on YouTube & learned how to use it and more info about it. No where in the papers rec’d with it does say that all the coffee pods that work with this Nespresso machine are bar-coded to tell the machine how much water to use for the size you are making. That impressed me. ALSO, note only the VERTUO pods work in this Nespresso; original pods are totally different, so be aware of that fact. It isn’t as LOUD as I originally stated & it works so fast that doesn’t matter. The milk frother works amazing! I was out of milk one day, so I used a bit of heavy cream i had in the fridge & some flavored cream. Don’t bother only warmed it….I only use Whole Milk so not sure how well smaller % would work. I’ve spent way too much money on different boxes of coffee pods…..lol. Not to mention the pod holder i now bought which goes underneath the Vertuo model. And now, I really want to try the “iced” pods now!

great grinder
I really like this coffee bean grinder. It has options for grinding small to course. It is rather quiet which is great for getting my coffee maker ready while others are sleeping. The only negative is that it has alot of static which clings to the grounds when removing frrom the grinder.

I am actually not a coffee drinker before I bought this so I did some research beforehand and thought that this was the most suitable for me. Maybe people said itâs loud when itâs brewing but honestly, I donât find it that loud. Itâs super easy to setup and use. I really like how the machine looks very sleek and doesnât take up much counter space since I also have a Keurig coffee machine my husband uses. Overall, I really enjoy using it everyday and we will see how well it holds up!

Changed my life, saved me thousands.
I’ve had this for five months now. It is used twice a day and has saved me thousands of dollars that I would have spent at Starbucks. I only use this with the Double Espresso Dolce (the actual best pod they have). I like that the machine will communicate with the Nespresso App and give me updates on why it might be malfunctioning (machine not fully closed, going through an update, etc). I used to have a Breville Barista Express but I started not wanting to go through the long process of making espresso. This machine has made it so much easier.

No mal gasten su dinero y tiempo la cafetera en el primer dÃa de uso⦠la primera taza de café todo bien muy emocionado por mi cafetera o sorpresa en la segunda taza que quise preparar unos minutos después la cafetera ya no funcionó se puso el indicador en rojo y se calentaba el equipo pero no hacÃa nada solo parpadeaba la luz en rojo.
