I don’t know if these are genuine or not, but the one we received had an area where the plastic was very thin. In the least, poor quality control. I could easily squeeze it and cause a large dent (see picture). The rest of the bottle was hard like a normal Nalgene bottle.

I remembered my nalgene from childhood and realized I needed to get one if I wanted to stop having water bottles break or leak when they’re not supposed to.Colour is spot-on. Nalgenes are AWESOME and never leak. Just make sure you actually tightened the lid, because I sometimes don’t….This won’t fit in your car cupholder, but it’s not supposed to. It’s not too bulky to hold in one hand, though – if you are sick of water bottles breaking, just get a nalgene.

This beautiful nalgene looks much more pink in the direct sunlight but is without a doubt purple in lowlight.Nalgene has always been trustworthy and this is the first time in 10 years I have replaced my daily water bottle. It’s also the first time I’ve bought a narrow mouth bottle and I’m happy with it since those old MSR ceramic pumps are long gone!I would recommend this purchase and anything else you’re ordering directly from the Nalgene store.

I LOVE this water bottle! Itâs sturdy and beautiful and holds 1L of water. The spout is small enough that it wonât pour out onto your face while drinking. The numbers will come off in the dishwasher over time but thatâs a small price to pay for this bottle.
