This brand is outstanding, sturdy, well made, easy to navigate. Instructions, remote control, exercise band included. Excellent packaging. I picked this brand specifically because my daughter purchased same 2 months ago. Her interest is lymphatic drainage. I am 74, my interest is increasing bone density. I received it one week ago so I do not effectiveness for increasing bone density. I would buy this same again.

Super Quiet!
I’m tall, and have bigger feet, (6 ft/size 10 or 11 shoe) so this one is great for that, has a lot of rolm. It’s also SO quiet!!!! Which is also great chz I’m on the top floor of my apartment. It automatically turns off after 10 minutes, so if you do more, you’ll have to start it again, but its no biggie.If you see ads with comments saying that some people get itchy….funny thing, I thought if I wore yoga panyts, it would make my legs not itch, thinking the fabric would keep my legs from rubbing together, bit its actually the opposite! Wearing pants makes me legs itch so bad while in this machine, but wearing shorts, with my bare legs shaking, no itching at all!10/10 on the machine!

If you have a bad neck issues donât use standing!
We like it, vibrates everything, for me I need to sit down when using, if you have issues with your neck like I do I really donât suggest standing, it really caused pain in my neck. My husband really likes it and has no problem standing on it for the ten minutes they suggest.

Yes! Do it! Works well, I use it for 10 minutes after a workout and it helps looser my muscles and prevent too much post-workout soreness. Itâs a great way to help with lymphatic drainage and it it soo relaxing! I canât say that I have lost any weight from using it, but I canât imagine that itâs not helping with circulation. My new functional medicine doctor was super impressed I had this in my home.
