Getting Older and I Needed the Help
I really like this little device. This encourages me to do a few squat exercises each day to strengthen my core because I am getting older. Very comfortable, functions as expected and the build quality it nothing to complain about. I would recommend this to help of aging folks.

The machine SEEMS to get the Job done with personal adjustments to it.
Concept is good, but the blue handles are plastic and not foam (hurts the back when doing abs). and the foam behind the knees are minimal, hard, and thin…causing pain as well. The fix is to use a thick throw blanket folded up for these parts of the machine and it works out fine. Shouldn’t have to do this. Lastly, I’m 5’2 and 180 kbs. This machine seems awfully small for your average to large person. There are adjustments that can be made, but I’m not sure it will suffice for a tall or larger than 200lb person. In my opinion, it’s a risky purchase for them.

Good Addition to the Home Gym
Most steps in the assembly process were easy but one bolt was incredibly frustrating and took as much time to screw down as every other step combined due to lack of adequate space to affix easily and the tool provided did not fit properly. Now that it is finally assembled (sigh), I guess it serves its purpose. It makes squats easier to perform. I feel it more in my thighs than my glutes, but still a good addition to the home gym.

Great machine!
Wasn’t sure how I would like this machine but it’s amazing! It’s lightweight but provides much needed assistance while doing squats to help protect my knees. This machine is more comfortable to use than some of the others sissy squat machines out there. Highly recommend!

Over the moon
This a a follow up to my first review where I was experiencing difficulties setting up the equipment. I decided to contact the manufacturer and they were wonderful in assisting me. They went above and beyond to ensure that the issues I was having were resolved. I am also a proud owner of the MERACH dumbbells. I can increase the weight by adding 1lb. magnetic disc. Thank you MARACH team for being awesome!!!!!

Not for me
This was a true disappointment. Instructions were very small print. When assembled it did not seem sturdy enough to support me, even though it claims to support 300lbs. Spring was not very strong so not a lot of resistance. Will be returning.
