Don’t under estimate the power of the right vitamins
Last year, I discovered a game-changer for my hair: I took these vitamins for 8 months, which made a big difference because I had lost my hair due to COVID in 2021, which went right into 2022. While it didnât make my hair grow longer, it significantly thickened it, which was incredibly encouraging. I have been on thyroid medication for 15 years, but unfortunately, after my doctor changed my thyroid medication, my hair began to fall out once again. The second time it fell out was because I had COVID for three months. This setback left me feeling extremely down, and so I decided to stop taking Mary Ruth Vitamins for five long months.Looking back, that was a mistake. After just three weeks of resuming the vitamins, I’ve noticed that my hair remembers the benefits, and the shedding has decreased significantly. Once again, I am fully committed to keeping Mary Ruth hair vitamins in my routine because I realize how crucial they are for my hair health. Although it isnât thick just yet, Iâm also taking collagen, + Mary Ruth Vitamins, but it wasn’t until I started taking mary Ruth vitamins once again that the collagen couldn’t do it on its own, I felt, and now I can feel that my hair is on the path to recovery. I truly believe that with consistent care, my hair will bounce back to where it was before COVID or after the medication change. Walk away now donât do it
Literally made me stink and I thought I was losing my mind. I smelled like a bottle of expired multivitamins from my hair and skin. It was disgusting after only 2 doses.Ok so Iâm changing my rating because Mary Ruth reached out to me after my above review directly and made things right⦠I didnât open the bottle right because I was finishing up a different multivitamin, so by the time I did my return window was closed. That was one me. Did it make me stink horrible after only 2 doses? Yes! Did it make a pfft noise like it was maybe turned or something was wrong? Yes.. mind you I only had it a month and it was not expired.BUT! after my review, Mary Ruth reached out to me and they actually did a refund even though I was outside the return window. Which they DID NOT have to do! So for that, I will say they back their product and I probably got a bad batch and they want to ensure itâs made right.

Had grew back, it worked.
I am fairly sure I had telogen effluvium (hair loss as a result of the rapid weight loss). I have had massive balls of hair coming out every time I showered. My doctor warned me that this is a temporary condition and advised to consider some vitamin supplements, to help my body recover from it, once the shedding stops.I am not sure if it was due to these vitamins, or the natural cycle, but on my 3rd bottle the shedding stopped and re-growing has begun. Here is my before, after and how much hair I was loosing. I donât know if vitamins are to thank, placebo or the end of the shedding cycle, but I am happy with the result, so I continue taking it.

Odd taste
First of the taste itâs ummm weird? Not as bad as the prenatals but not amazing either. Iâll be honest I try putting it in smoothies and regular juice and it made it taste even worse. Iâm only on day 4 so I havenât notice any difference in the effectiveness but trust and believe I will finish this bottle it was too pricey to throw it away. This is how I take it if you need ideas, ps I am very sensitive and everything I donât like makes me gag dramaticallyMy method on taking it:With a medicine syringe drawn the amount, pinch your nose and put it as far in your throat as you can than take it. DO NOT let go of your nose until your have swallowed it completely but do it fast you I donât want you passing out lol(Tip: have a strong flavor drink on hand)

Growing out my hair
I bought this product because Iâm trying to grow out my hair from a pixie cut. The quicker my hair grows the better so I can skip those ugly, awkward hair phases. This brand came recommended to me by multiple people so I tried it. Iâm very happy that I did. I hate having to take pills so I really wanted a liquid form, and the flavor is delightful. I thought it was a little bit expensive but when shopping around for other good quality brands, I realized that this was the biggest bang for my budget.

I reallly like this flavor! The melon is refreshing and itâs easy to take in the morning without causing an upset belly (at least for me). I have tried almost all the flavors and by far the melon dragonfruit is my favorite!My hair realllllly grew as well. I had the weight loss surgery a few years ago and I have been struggling to grow my hair. Now I feel like Rapunzel! It has been growing long and healthy. In one year my hair has grown 7.5 inches. Itâs crazy but I definitely will continue to spend the money on this because I know it works for me

Work wonders
I have fine thin hair that was the same length for as long as I could remember. Itâs even thinner on the top. I started using Mary Ruth in January. Itâs been 4 months now. I noticed a difference in my hair texture with in two weeks. It is growing and appears a little thicker. I plan to use the product for a year to see what my hair will look like. My concerns is Mary Ruth is a bit pricey and if you stop taking the vitamin your hair may revert back to the original form.

Loving this product . Been taking this famous Mary Ruthâs liquid morning multivitamin + hair growth . Since April 12 . I received it on the 11 th of this month . I m seeing results in my skin smoother .tighten my areas around my eyes too , the taste for me peach and mango not my flavours together. LoL

I like the vitamins, have noticed hair growth since taking it in January of this year. This only down fall of this product is the price, I do find it expensive for a bottle, I suggest maybe having a subscription for this to order at a lower price since I have bought this monthly.
