Reduced Nightly Leg Cramps – Life changing!!
This product is life changing!!! I love Magnesium baths!
A few years ago I started having horrible heart palpitations and needed to take Magnesium supplements in order to calm them. Helping my little girl’s eczema patches!
I was looking for bath oil. This is NOT bath oil. I ordered it in spite of the soap-type ingredients.The lavender and magnesium and the mildness of the soap-ness of this product have helped my little girl’s eczema. She calls the patches “itchy spots”. Before, she needed lotion on them every night to be able to go to sleep, sometimes multiple times. Now that she’s been using this, she doesn’t need the lotion for relief of itchiness, and the patches are actually clearing up!
