LEMON LAW should apply to this product. Read the one Stars reviews
same issues: Add water when the reservoir is full, Purges and then stops. Stops brewing within seconds of closing the lid. Requires constant unplugging or lid lifting to get the maker to continue. LEMON Law should apply to this product. I will buy a lesser version and see if the same issues are across their product line. Really disappoint in Keurig. Don’t believe all of the troubleshooting that you read. None work: Here are the issues –Possible reasons your Keurig might start brewing then stop: Clogged needles: Both the entrance needle (piercing the K-cup) and the exit needle (where coffee dispenses) can get clogged with coffee grounds, causing the machine to stop mid-brew. Mineral buildup (scale): Over time, mineral deposits can accumulate in the water lines, hindering water flow and causing the machine to pause or stop brewing. Improper K-cup placement: If the K-cup isn’t seated correctly in the brewing chamber, the machine might not be able to properly pierce it, leading to a stoppage. Low water level: Check if the water reservoir has enough water to complete a full brew cycle. Air bubbles in the line: Sometimes, air bubbles can get trapped in the water line, causing the machine to temporarily stop brewing. Faulty K-cup: A damaged or poorly sealed K-cup can also cause brewing issues. What to do: Clean the needles: Remove the brew head and carefully clean the entrance and exit needles with a small brush or toothpick. Descale the machine: Use a dedicated descaling solution to remove mineral buildup from the water lines. Check the K-cup: Ensure the K-cup is properly placed in the brewing chamber and not damaged. Fill the water reservoir: Make sure the reservoir is filled with fresh water up to the recommended level. Run a water-only cycle: Try brewing a cup of just water to clear any potential clogs. Power cycle the machine: Unplug the Keurig for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system. When to contact customer service: If cleaning and descaling the machine doesn’t resolve the issue. If you suspect a mechanical problem with the brewing mechanism. If the issue persists even after trying basic troubleshooting steps. If I had only known…
I’m happy I spent the extra 30$ to purchase the supreme. The new technology delivers a delicious cup of coffee every time..I also like the ability to customize and personalized my coffee. Makes it so much easier first thing in the morning. My only wish is that I knew how great coffee can taste sooner.

Two units have died in less than 6 months
We’ve used Keurig machines for at least 15 years. Our first one lasted for many years – we eventually gave it away – still working fine – when we moved, and bought a new one of the same type since we’d been happy with the first one. That one lasted about 4 years and then died – we were disappointed but figured it was a fluke. After debating between buying a third one of that same model (the more standard/basic version) we decided to change it up and get the K-Supreme. That was in January 2023. It died after only about a month and a half – first it started brewing smaller and smaller cups no matter what setting we tried (descaling did not make a difference) then it flat out just stopped working.I submitted a query through the Keurig website and received an email back saying we needed to call them to talk through the issue. So we called Keurig customer service and were asked some slightly insulting questions such as had we made sure the unit was turned on and had we tried different outlets (we had, but I guess they wouldn’t ask if that didn’t solve the problem for some users).Based on that info they said they would replace the machine for us and said they would email us some instructions. We got the email as promised, which said that to make the replacement happen we needed to email over to them:- Proof of purchase: since we bought from Amazon we had to send copies of both the order confirmation AND the delivery confirmation- A photo of the serial number on the sticker on the bottom of the coffee maker- A photo of the coffee maker itself staged next to a HANDWRITTEN note showing my name, today’s date, and the reference number contained in the instruction email they had sent to us- Our shipping address- And to be considered, all photos needed to be in either .jpeg, .jpg or .pdf format.I did all this, and less than 45 minutes later I received an email back saying that the replacement had been denied because I hadn’t included the Amazon delivery confirmation. Which I actually HAD included. So I highlighted the delivery date in the Amazon delivery confirmation and re-sent the document saying actually yes, I HAD included that information, here you go a second time with the date highlighted for your convenience.I never got another response from customer service but an hour later I got an email saying my new unit had shipped. So yay – we were happy. We got the replacement K-Supreme in March 2023 and it worked great. But for the last few days it has been brewing smaller and smaller cups, no matter what setting we try, and today it spit out maybe a half inch of coffee then turned itself off. I tried turning it on and off a few times, tried a different outlet, tried having it brew smaller portions (my go-to is normally the biggest cup setting), and it does the same thing every time. It took me 5 brews to get it to actually fill my coffee cup, little by little. So based on our experience with the last one I would assume it’s on its way out after only 6 months. At least it lasted longer than the last one I guess? But I won’t be going through that hassle with the Keurig people again, especially when a replacement seems unlikely to actually last. (If you search specifically for negative reviews, both here and online, you’ll see that our experience with this coffee maker is not unique.)We honestly didn’t love the K-Supreme anyway – it seems to take a little longer than the model we had before, the brews seem on the weaker side no matter what setting we select, and it does splatter a lot as many reviewers have mentioned. But if our replacement had kept working we’d have kept using it indefinitely. Since it hasn’t lasted, we’re just going to move on and try something else from a different brand, since even with the more basic model we had before the K-Supreme our second one didn’t last as long as the first – they just don’t seem made to last anymore. Don’t know if another brand will be any better but we’re going to give it a go and see.

    Happy wife
Purchased this for my wife and she loves it. She’s happy with a great cup of coffee and this machine seems to get it done.

It’s definitely not a Nespresso coffee maker but the new system extracts the coffee a little more than the last one my father had. It’s perfect because he doesn’t like the foam that a Nespresso makes.
