Absolutely Great
I’m late 60’s, but wanted a challenge to my work outs. This ab machine is super. Made really well supersturdy and gives you a great work out for all the gut. Great price great quality, stores with little space andnice and light to carry. No hassled set up. The read out is nice an large. So glad I got this.

Amazing ab workout machine
Glad that I brought this machine. It is very smooth to move up and down. It doesnât make a sound at all. The cushion is very thick so it doesnât hurt the arm and the knees. It also comes with a resistance band to work out the arm. The machine is very stable on ground. There is a link on the instructions for a video of how to put the machine together. It takes just a few steps to assemble.

It works
I have only had this ab trainer for 2 days but I can definitely feel the difference already. Didn’t realize I was so out of shape, as far as my stomach muscles go. I personally go to a gym (planet fitness) 4 to 5 days a week but I only focus on upper body.

I love this machine and glad I purchased it!! Start at a lower level and raise as you strengthen those muscles!! This is one of the best stomach crunch machines I have found!!

This machine would be a good idea. If every time you try to pull up the handle bar grips slide down and they hurt your arms.

Nice equipment
I was looking for equipment to target my abdomen. I have bad knees and I was able to use this equipment with no problem. Surprisingly I get a really good workout. I do 4 sets of 25 reps. Equipment has diff settings for more challenging workouts.It’s made well, Is light and very easy to put together. Does not take up much space. I do recommend it.

Omg I love this machine. Much sister just bought one as well, after I told her about mines. This machine is a defanate changer.Does exactly as it is described. If you want abs then get ready because omg. It also helps with obliques and upper back fat “#the big back” as most call it lol.

This product is a joke . Size of kid can used this oh a waste of money . This is not for adult . The product wasnât useful to you abs . I should buy better one please save you $129 .. thanks
