dangerous supplement!
i’ve been taking pcos supplements for yeaaars. i got this because it had everything that i take regularly for like 1/3rd of the price. i was super skeptical because of how cheap it was when normally all the supplements it contains are more expensive. you get what you pay for i guess…. these supplements made me feel weird and sick and nauseous. i stopped taking them and went back to my usual supplements and felt fine. and then went back to these and felt sick again so i know for sure it’s these. i also tried to reach out to their customer service team probably like 10 times via phone call and email asking about any sort of certification which is normal and recommended for looking for good supplements (it basically is a certification that states that what is printed on the bottle is indeed what it is and the amount stated and that everything is legit) and they gave me the run around for MONTHS!! i looked up the brand and a little bit more about it and it’s so sketchy. guys please do your research on stuff like this, especially literal supplements that can cause you insane disregulations. idk what’s in these, it might very well be everything it states, but there’s a reason it’s so cheap. whatever is in here is not certified by the NSF or USP and is just dangerous to be taking.

Not worth the hype
updated : I think it isnât enough to see results. Having to take 4 capsules a day is excessive, donât think Iâll buy again, too expensive, not effective, too much vitamin to take at once.

Overall, seeing great results in just 2 weeks!
This was my first time buying this product. Because of my Pcos, me periods have been irregular and when they do come they are VERY light and almost non existent. The week I started taking the product my period came on strong. For the first time since I feel like I started my period I had an actual period that lasted for 8 days opposed to my normal 2. Not I did have cramps but I feel like it was what my body was supposed to be doing.I did try breaking the capsule apart and putting it in a smoothie because I have a hard time taking pills but it smelled awful ( like fish). So if you have a hard time taking pills I would recommend the powered water flavoring.Over all I am enjoying the results I am seeing from this product and I will continue to take it!

So I havenât had my period in 4 months due to so much stress. So I thought of giving it a try and I started taking them for 3 weeks now, not as consistently. And so far they have worked I just started my period. A very different period for my passed ones. But Iâm happy for my results.

Horrible taste, iffy results
I did a lot of browsing and comparing between products to find a 40:1 Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro supplement with decent reviews and the best value for my dollar – this was NOT the product for me.My first mistake was not reading through the reviews of this product carefully enough. A good chunk of these reviews are for this supplement’s powdered version rather than the capsules. Apparently, the powder tastes awesome, but these capsules have a horrible chemical and fish smell, worse than fish oil capsules I’ve taken in the past. I’ve been taking this in the morning with my breakfast and experiencing those horrible fishy burps for an hour after eating.Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this supplement because I won’t be reordering after I finish this container (and the company recommends consistent use for two months to notice effects) – the smell and aftertaste are that big of a deterrent for me.
