Similar nutrition to other protein powders but much better taste
Really good flavor. I’ve added it to milk, water, and a mix of both, all taste pretty good. I find it best for me to do 4 oz water and 8 oz milk with one heaping scoop. Provides good flavor still and its a little thinner so easy to drink quickly. It’s got similar calorie and sugar content as other protein powders I’ve had, but tastes way better. This protein powder mixes up fine, but usually there will be little bits of actual cookie that get stuck in the mixing ball. The cookie bits wash out fine when you clean your bottle.

Everything is great about this except for the Bromelain that is in it. Canât speak for others but the morning after taking this couldnât get off the dang toilet. Bromelain is an enzyme from pineapple and it is toxic for me. I should have read the ingredients so thatâs on me. Flavor was great though, I decided to use about a fourth of a serving to use it up. Wonât buy again. I think I will stick with muscle sport.An afterthought, bromelain is also an anti inflammatory so good for your muscles after a workout. If having problems like I did cut back until you don’t. I take about a 13 of a scoop and I have been ok with it. The flavor is awesome, so worth trying it out.

Unfortunately, I cannot write separate reviews for Nutter Butter and Fruity Cereal Milk.Nutter Butter: 5/5 – Love the flavor and that there are bits of actual nutter butter cookies in the powder. I mix this with my plain greek yogurt and it’s my happy snack every day. Obsessed with this flavor, I’m eating it right now.Fruity Cereal Milk: 1/5 – So I learned that I’m someone who thinks sucralose tastes like industrial chemicals. Boy howdy, I DID NOT like this one. I only used half a scoop with my plain yogurt and couldn’t finish it. Hopefully I can find someone who is normal and will take this off my hands. 🙁

By far one of the best protein powders I have tried. It goes well enough with almond milk, regular milk, but water does not taste the same. Overall, I think this is a protein powder that I will be including in my diet from now on.

Read the bad reviews and thought they could not possibly be true but I stand corrected.If you were to taste it blind folded you would probably only be able to surmise that it was a vanilla protein powder with something wrong with it.The slight ‘cereal milk’ flavouring is very clearly just artificial corn flavour and strongly resembles popcorn jellybeans as others have pointed out.If you do not enjoy vanilla protein then you will certainly not enjoy this, please don’t make my mistake.

After trying 10â20 brands of protein powder, I can confidently state this is by far the worst WPI Iâve ever tried. It has an aftertaste that lingers for close to a full day, and the aftertaste alone was enough to make me dry heave multiple times throughout the day.The flavor is horrendousâI would describe it as moldy fruits mixed with cement, with a hint of sulfur. After getting 4â5 people to try it, every single one of them absolutely despised it. I wouldnât wish this on my worst enemy. I honestly donât know how the dingus who made this WPI tasted it and thought, âExcellent flavor; I can really taste the disappointment.âDonât buy this item unless your taste buds are irreparably damaged, why should I try another other Ghost Flavour when this one is so horrendous?
