Nice Necklace, Frustrating Clasp
So far the chain hasn’t tarnished, the pendant is heavy and solid. The way it opens hasn’t started breaking down.The little pad that is supposed to soak in the scent hasn’t really worked that way because it easily dries out. That part of it has been somewhat disappointing. I find I don’t wear it as often as I would because of that, I really liked the idea of having aroma therapy all day. I think if you want it to work like that you’ll have to make a little spray bottle of your scent/oil in water and ‘refresh it’ from time to time as you wear it.The ‘Tree of Life’ symbol is nice and it’s a favorite though so at least that’s good but it is heavy and thick so without the aroma therapy being refreshed regularly it wouldn’t make sense to need such a heavy pendant. Glad to see that it hasn’t tarnished yet on the front or the back, sometimes things like this the necklace starts going first and then the back after a few times so that hasn’t happened so far.The clasp is one that works sort of counter-intuitive to the direction you have to work it and since it’s generally out of view while clasping it together you can get flustered at ‘making it catch’ on the first few tries.In Summary, it should really come with a little water bottle to refresh the little pad as it dries out so it’s sort of understood that this will be a necessary part of having an aroma therapy type necklace.

I ordered both the rose and tree necklace. Got here fast, but however I ONLY received ONE necklace. Customer service reached out to me pretty quickly and got the problem taken care of. They ended up sending the missing necklace. The necklaces are amazing and pretty. One necklace was slightly bigger than the other then I expected.

The necklace looks good on. I like the different color of pads, so you can match what you are wearing. It holds my essential oils very nice, and I love the scent it puts out. Also, the chain is very nice and has not faded or turned green.

I wouldâve given it a 5âï¸, since the pendant is really nice, but details count! I bought as a giftâ¦â¦The chain is too thin! I had purchased one of these before & it brought a thick enough chain.â¦I really liked the pad colors. The previous one didnât have soft colors which are my favorite.â¦The black gift pouch looked used & seams were undone, hence useless!
