Quality Product for Incredible Value
This pencil works great! It is very thin and precise, and very easy to use. It is comparable to many expensive high-end eyebrow products, but a much better value.

I have bought this product numerous times over the years because I think the brow pencil portion is really good and blends very nicely into eyebrows.One down side – the brush portion almost always ends up breaking off when I’m traveling. Has happened to me multiple times in the past year. I would just be aware and careful if you are planning on taking this on the go.

ELF nailed it with the colors
I love this brow pencil. I have been struggling with finding the best color to fill in my brows because my hair and brow color is very odd…my hair is highlighted golden blond, but my base color is brownish/ashy brown /dark blond…..its just a weird color. My brow hairs are a dark color so the blond/dark blond brow pencils dont really match. They contrast with the color of the hair in my brows which makes it more obvious that I am coloring my brows. However some browns can be too dark. The neutral brown however works for me and happy to finally find a color that works. The color goes on easy and I have not found it to smear. I tried to rub it off about an hour after I applied it and no product came off.

Been using this particular eyebrow pencil for years now. It’s great Quality and value. It lasts me months even with daily use. Comes in multiple shades that are always consistent in color. It has a brush on one end to smooth out brow hairs or soften pencil lines.

Great product
This is a beautiful product. I’ve been filling on my brows for a while now. It is a hit and miss game. I really liked that this was not a reddish brown cookie but a true brown. I have very oily skin and this lasts me all day but looks pretty natural. It’s easy to place the predict exactly where you want it and the brush gives it a more natural or preferred look. One of my all time favorite brow products

I like this pencil! The spoolie is slim and straight and the bristles are sturdy, easily combing my brows in whatever direction I need or want. It also nicely and easily softens the look of any overly aggressive pencil strokes. The lids on both ends of the pencil click on and off easily yet securely. The pencil end worked well, it is small enough that I could create small hair-like strokes where needed and yet still a large enough diameter that I could use it at a different angle to softly fill in other areas. The formula is definitely on the dry side, which I like, and is significantly drier than the other e.l.f. brow pencil I own. The colour, Neutral Brown, is a really great match for my brows and I imagine will be a good match for a lot of other peopleâs brows too, as it truly is a neutral shade. The size of the entire pencil is very slim and light and will be great for travelling. I will be re-purchasing this product to have a spare on hand, and I hope they offer Subscribe & Save on this!
