Perfect size for my home gym
Not too thin like my yoga mat but thick enough to do my lying down exercises without being uncomfortable. Large enough to do your floor barbell exercises. One drawback- our cat loves to scratch it so I keep it rolled and tucked away. Great quality.

I use it in my garage for my home gym area. Itâs soft enough to be able to workout barefoot. I use it for stretching and when doing abdominal work. I love how big it is.

The mat is covered in tiny particles that look like fiberglass.
The mat is covered in tiny particles that look like fiberglass. If you look closely at the photo, you can see them. They sparkle in the sunlight. At first, I thought the shine was just part of the material, but once I started using it, my whole body began to itch and my skin felt irritated. Iâm not sure what it is, but the experience left me with a really bad impression.
