I’ve been taking this for over 4 years
Overall my diet is not the best in terms of healthy foods. I don’t go out of my way for fruits and I’m not big on vegetables. Nonetheless I still know that eating healthy is important and just because I don’t like those doesn’t mean I shouldn’t aim for healthy living. In order to supplement my lack of eating vegetables and fruits with consistency, I supplement via daily multi vitamins and this product. I found that the benefits of this product for not only vitamins and greens, is that it also keeps my gut feeling regular. This works well for me and I feel good when I take it. I don’t think it is nasty tasting or unpalatable. I take this with a cup of water and one scoop daily. I does not make me have to run to the bathroom or anything like that so I sometimes take it before work or before I go to bed. This makes me feel good health-wise (perhaps a placebo effect) but it’s not like coffee or anything like that in terms of giving you a bust of energy. I can take this before I go to bed and fall asleep no problem. I don’t believe it helps with weight loss but that’s not what it is advertised for, I haven’t lost any weight from this. Over the years I also found it useful for other situations. Particularly, this absolutely helps for hangovers, if you are shaky the next day, taking this helps instantly from what I’ve found. This canister lasts me pretty much a whole month, I do store it in my refrigerator to keep it fresh. I do not have any plans to stop taking this, I have an auto subscription and I always ensure I’m adequately stocked. I recommend this for those that do not have a consistent diet of greens as a supplement and for those that want to keep their gut healthy from the probiotics.

I’m on the 30est tub of the 100 serving size. It’s served me well, and can’t imagine not using this every morning for all these years.

Gets the job done and is affordable
I would actually give this 4 stars for value, but it’s more of a 3.5 overall. I have reordered it a couple times and every time the taste and consistency of the powder has been different with each purchase, this is why I’m giving it 3 stars. Not the best tasting super greens, but it provides enough results at an affordable price that I will continue to buy it.

I like this product as a supplement to my daily intake of fruits & vegetables. Note that it doesn’t seem to be certified organic. But I like that there is no added sugar or artificial sweetener and that I can recognise all the ingredients. I find that mango, banana and dragonfruit are really good at dampening the strong green taste and make it quite drinkable (dragonfruit was also able to overpower the sludgy green colour!). But note that you’re unlikely to be able to completely hide the taste or texture. This packs twice the punch of the chocolate and the berry. I’ve tried the chocolate previously, but I think I will try the berry next to see how that is in terms of flavour.

Dissolves really well and tastes good – some of the best I’ve had.
