Wasnât sure if I would like this or not, it I can honestly say it works, very pleasant calming scent. When I forget to spray it and I wake up at night with my mind racing, and I cannot get back to sleep, I reach for this spray and within a few minutes I fall asleep again. Recommend!

Smells just like the matching body scrub which I absolutely love. This brand makes quality products at an affordable and fair price. It has a very relaxing, but not overpowering smell. It also doesn’t have a fake smell. Not sure that it helps me sleep better, but my bed smells nice when I spray it.

I had to return my order as it had leaked into the bag it was shipped in but I do love it and use it to make my bedroom and house smell good. I don’t know if it helps me sleep but who cares, it’s just a lovely smell to drift off to. Highly recommend it if you don’t get one that leaks! Packaging problem only
