Great customer service. Works well for my 2C hair
It does what I need it to do. I have 2c hair. Keep your expectations realistic. If you have textured baby hairs you’ll still need flat iron to get them to lay flat. The outcome of your blowout will depend on the pre-existing health of your hair, the hair products used, and your technique when handling the brush. I bought this because I no longer had access to my sisters revlon blowdryer brush and because I wanted to have the option to curl my hair. I was torn between the shark and this product. I ultimately decided to go with the magic 7 due to it costing about 1/3 of the price and because I don’t style my hair with heat often. My blowouts are comparable to when I used the revlon brush. There is a slight learning curve when using the curlers but after a few attempts I got the hand of it. I use them to add more volume to my blowouts. The dryer attachment is great. I haven’t used the round brush or sleek brush yet. I don’t find the attachments to be wobbly like other reviewers have mentioned. The placement of the buttons is a bit inconvenient at first but you’ll learn to keep your hand lower. I like that I’m only one press away from high heat to cool shooting my hair. The unit feels sturdy not too heavy. Doesnt have a smell.I bought this back in January on 2025. I’m leaving a review because my experience with customer service was fast and hassle free. My unit stopped working (user error and well past amazons return/customer support window) and I contacted their corporate customer service through their extended warranty product) page on their website to request a repair or replacement. They only requested pictures and a video showing them their issue. I received an entirely new kit shipped from Amazon within in 5 days of me sending them the pictures.Tips for better blowout: after showering and applying heat protectant and/or root spray, use the blow dryer to rough dry your hair to 50-70% dry. If you start with the brush attachments right after the shower you’re going to increase the risk of breakage. Go by layers starting at the bottom. Hair comes out less frizzy when you rotate the brush as you make your way down to the tips. If you want volume, brush from underneath your hair. If you’re slow or have a lot of hair, have a spray bottle handy to dampen what is left to brow dry if it’s gotten too dry.All in all, for the price, I think it’s very much worth it. Does it perform just as well as the Shark? Idk and idc to find out unless I break it again and my extended warranty has expired or I’m gifted one.

I just love this hair dryer. I was actually looking for a volumizer-type dryer when I came across this one. The reviews were really high, so I decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did.The dryer comes with about seven attachments, but I really only use three of them. My favorite is the large round volumizer, and it truly works. I also use the simple blower attachment that directs air like a traditional hair dryer, and the flat hair brush attachment, which is especially helpful when it’s humid.The accessories are easy to change and fit snugly, though they do get hot — so you’ll want to use the included glove when swapping them out. The dryer also comes with a carrying case to store all the parts neatly.I have small hands, and the handle size is just right for me. The controls are placed at the top, so I don’t accidentally hit any buttons while using it (which was a problem with my Shark dryer). The cord has a swivel, so it doesn’t tangle easily, which makes styling even easier.If you’re used to a traditional gun-style dryer, the stick shape of this one takes a little getting used to — you just need to hold it slightly differently. However, it’s much quieter than my old Conair, which is a big plus.Overall, this is a great hair dryer, and I’m really happy I got it.

I had been looking for a Dyson-like hair dryer and I had tried a couple with disappointing results until I found this one. The other dryers I tried were almost impossible to get the attachments on/off. They’d either get stuck on or you couldn’t get them to attach all the way. The attachments on this dryer go on and off sooooo easy. I have used all of the attachments and there isn’t one I don’t like. I especially love the curling wands. I’ve had naturally curly hair my entire life, but I started blowing it straight so now it doesn’t hold the curl like it used to. When I use the curling attachments I get the exact amount of body and curl I want. I will spritz my hair with a little minimal hold hairspray while it’s curled around the wand and when I let go it stays that way. I can just muss my fingers through it and the body and wave are perfect. The only part I wish dryer manufacturers would change is where they place the controls. I usually “choke up on” the handle to get the most control, but I am constantly turning the heat up/down or accidentally switching the whole thing off. If they would put the controls on the end of the handle it would make life a lot easier.

Love it. I am very happy with the purchase. 6 different attachments that help you style your hair. The design is simple but beautiful. I chose the beige color. The set also comes with a glove and hairpins. The glove is a really good idea as the curly hair attachments can get very hot.Also for the sake of interest I decided to check how much time it dries my hair, and I managed in less than 3 minutes + styled my bangs and shaped my hair (medium thick hair, below shoulder length). All in all about 7 minutes. I think it’s great especially if you’re late for work in the morning and want quick results.

I didn’t want to spend too much money on luxury hair brushes, and this one does the job perfectly.I’m usually lazy when it comes to styling my hair, but this brush makes things much easier and less time-consuming. Now, I actually enjoy having styled hair!It’s strong and durable—both my husband and I use it daily. I have short hair, and it only takes me about a minute to blow-dry it, then five more minutes to style it with the smaller round brush. I haven’t used the curling iron yet.It’s not heavy, which is a plus. If you want to avoid accidentally pressing the setting buttons, just hold it lower on the base. Since it doesn’t get too hot, I haven’t needed to use the gloves. The two included hair clips are very useful.I just wish it came with a smaller round brush for even more styling options.
