I’m very well-versed with the computer industry and products there in, I have done extensive research trying to find the perfect laptop for my daughter at a great bargain. There’s always a phenomenal deal out there, although they are rare to come by and this is one of those. When I say I got this from my daughter, I don’t mean to downplay it at all because I would get it for myself, although I have a high-performance laptop already, which I also got a phenomenal bargain on. This laptops processor is incredible as is the graphics card. These two together really offer a very high-end laptop. This is a brand new laptop and for the price of these products, I’m just blown away because if you do your research, you’ll see that this is easily about 25% below market value for all the specs in this laptop. I would suggest only one thing as mandatory and that’s buying a micro USB memory stick because this has 512 GB. You can buy a 1TB cheap. I might, at some point increase the ram up to 32 GB for her, but that is not necessary at all as 16 GB that it comes with is perfect. But just because I’m saying that I’m gonna do these very minor add-ons does not mean you need to do anything to this laptop at all because it is 100% perfect as it is.You have to be very careful when buying laptops online because some are way overpriced and they mix the hardware up to where you might have a good processor but a real crappy graphics card or vice versa. This laptop is perfect. I give it a 10 out of 10 for its incredible bargain. If you want a great laptop that offers you some of the top tier hardware for a mid tier pricing and this is perfect for you I mean, who wouldn’t want that. I’m not sure how they can offer such phenomenal deals because the rest of the market would have this laptop easily between $1000 on average up to $1200 on the high side. Laptop is priced at $799 currently and it’s brand new not refurbished, which is just amazing.I searched for 2.5 months to find the perfect laptop and this was it.I will definitely edit this through time if anything pops up with issues or anything. We got it set up and she’s been using it for about four days now playing games online and streaming live while playing music so this thing handles large loads seamlessly.

Purchased this laptop new with Amazon Ada a birthday present for myself with money I had received. Upon Arrival laptop box was dented however the unit was unscathed. Plugged in installed Windows 11. installed all windows updates and Graphics Cards Updates and began gaming. At this point had only installed Opera Gx Old School RuneScape And later Far Cry New Dawn. 45 minutes into gaming playing old school the screen went black fans stills running keyboard and blue power indicator light on. No normal troubleshooting would fix this issue the only solution was hard reset by holding power button. I thought maybe an isolated incident so I tried again but the problem persisted. I reached out to Acer Customer Service Provided them with all necessary info they told me to factory reset the pc which I did however that did not fix the problem and 45 minutes into gaming black screen of death. I reached out to Acer support again they told me to try another game maybe it’s the game so I installed far cry new dawn a game that fall well below the specs in this system keep in mind this is a 13th gen I5 and 40 series gpu which should be capable of playing games in high settings minimum even triple A titles. Game experienced the same black screen except in 30 minutes this time. Acer Support called a third time as they told me to do trouble shooting and if problem persisted to call them back as they were in a hurry to get off the phone. I called back a third time and this time the agent told me I had to send in the unit for repair mind you I bought this laptop for the fall semester of college which was two weeks away. They told me the only solution for me is repair and that this could take up to 3 weeks or more and there was nothing more they could for me. I requested a manager call and was told I should bypass the repair and refund through Amazon essentially saying they want nothing to do with it. Lousy product Lousy customer service that does not stand behind their products and Amazon Refund actually makes me loses close to 90 dollars on the purchase of this laptop. As someone who an it and pc enthusiast do not buy from Acer look at the bad reviews and you will see a pattern of bad quality and bad customer service and don’t be fooled by the price. The color accuracy of the screen was horrible the ram was being utilized at 70 percent just running RuneScape and a web browser at the same time. Save your money and buy from a manufacturer that will I’ll resolve issues with their products and give a solution other than a 3 week lead time repair that doesent include the shipping process and 2 buisness days to get a shipping label. Will change review and update if reached out to by Acer or Amazon but not holding my breath thumbs all the way down shame on you Acer

For the specs and features, for a thousand dollars it is worth it.No other laptops will offer you a thunderbolt port at this price along with a rtx 4050 with a good cpu. Though the ram and ssd needs to be upgraded afterwardsNo annoying warranty sticker blocking any screw holes so that is a plus.

Definitivamente vale la pena el precio en promo q la compre, estuve un buen rato buscando con mi presupuesto y solo encontraba 2050 nueva o 3050 de uso en marketplace pero por los 14k que me costó esta joyita definitivamente lo vale, claro es que necesita up de ram y ssd pero por el momento me hace perfectamente lo que necesito, aún no la pruebo full con videojuegos, pero ya estoy en espera 32de ram a 5200mhz que es la frecuencia que está manejando de fábrica e igual un SSD de 1tb de 7800/6800 respectivamente así que con eso es la mejor opción por el costo inicial que tuve dejando margen para darle un up y queda de rechupete, tampoco tuve ningún problema con drivers, actualizaciones al primer encendido no tardó más de 10 segundos en lanzar la configuración del w11.Si puedo más adelante subo actualizaciones de rendimiento un saludo y espero que les sirva de referencia mi experiencia. (Venía con funda) es un plus pq pensé en comprar una así que ya no es necesario.ACTUALIZACIÓN, SI O SI invierte en mínimo 16 de ram, pero yo teniendo los 32 en fortnite o warzone q es lo que he probado se consume los 18 así que ve por los 32, yo compre crucial 5200mhz que es la frecuencia que traía de fábrica, y por el ssd claro es que necesitas meterle un 1tb, ya que actualmente ya algún juego pesa de 60 a 80gbACTUALIZACIÓN 2024 finales la tuve q devolver porque la pantalla empezó a verse blanca al encender y en fondos oscuros en las orillas y dejó de cargar tenía q estar directa a la energía, lastima me gustó

La adquirí por $14,500 *720usd aprox.Le faltó más proteccion a la caja de embalaje, su caja original todo Ok. El detalle viene desde planta, no hay inspección de calidad, ya que el Display se ve como apachurrado de una esquina, se ve verde.La oficina de recolección hacen perder mucho tiempo y la retención del $$ en el rembolso es muy larga, recomendaría NO comprarla.DHL la entregó desde el 13 de sept y aun no la marcan como devuelta.
