Meet my new bestie…
Meet my new best friend. I am without a doubt, in love with this robe. Pleasantly surprised with what I received. After my purchase, I emailed them with my measurements and request for extra maribou. Their response and customer service was excellent! Robe arrived in 3 weeks, and was neatly folded in a sealed, protective bag. There was a very strong chemical odor, that I did expect, upon opening the bag. This is due to the feather dye I assume, or maybe a flame retardant. I am not sure. I hung the robe on a sturdy hanger, sprayed it down with Downey Wrinkle release, and hung her outside. After 1 hour, she got sprayed down again, front and back. After 2 hours the scent seemed to begin to dissipate, so I brought my new bestie inside. I used my steamer on it, and followed the advice of others to blow out the feathers in an upward motion with my hair dryer. The result was perfect! I have included a picture of the robe immediately following these steps. I could still smell a hint of this chemical smell, so I hung it in a room in our lower level for two more days. The smell has now completely dissipated. As for the fit, it is perfect. Sleeves are the correct length and robe is just right, hitting about 2” over the knee, per my request. The sash is heavy, but without loops. I wish it had pockets. My generation is pocketed people! It is a very full, heavy duty robe that fits very similar to a full cocktail style dress. It is cinched at the shoulders, leaving a very full, skirted effect when tied. The white satin is Snow White in color, no stains, and minimal feather loss, but some is to be expected. Feathers shed, period. I did request extra feathers, and wish I would have requested triple for more dramatic effect! I would suggest this as it only adds to the authenticity of the robe. I was sent an extra Amazon link for $20 processing of the extra maribou request. I assume triple would be $40. As stated, I received my robe in 3 weeks, so that was also a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company, and after much research and other reviews, was the reason I ordered from them. Their product is well worth the money. I will be ordering more colors. 🖤

Yexinbridal came THRU with this piece! This is the robe of your dreams! If you want to feel like a glam QUEEN this robe is an absolute MUST. The trick to always being the sexiest, funniest, most glamorous woman, or man even, in the room is to BUY👏🏼THIS 👏🏼ROBE👏🏼 – and also stay home, alone. It’s magic like Harry Potter’s cloak, except this robe makes EVERYONE stare, especially if you wear it to places the commoners go. Oopsies! Robe already has me talkin like a QUEEN! This robe has me goin from a hot mess to just plain hot. And it’s not JUST for bridal showers y’all. You can literally do ANYTHING in this robe, or at least make you think you can. You can do domesticated housewife sh-t, mow the lawn, or lounge around the pool with your hot mess friends. Pick your favorite color robe that matches your favorite cocktail and feel yourself transform into an old-Hollywood badass b—ch. I paid extra for extra feathers cuz seriously who says no to extra feathers when they’re offered? Got one for my bestie’s birthday. Now our lives are finally complete. When the day comes, 100% confident be will be buried in these.

Warning: Lots of smell when opened.
If you are super sensitive to chemical smells, be careful when opening this robe. The smell hits like a truck. It is also a lot larger than I anticipated and I ordered the small/medium. I wish there were a smaller option. Overall the quality seems decent, and it hasn’t shed much. I’ll update the review when the smell dissipates and I’m able to wear the robe.
