Works great.
This is my first espresso machine.I love this unit specially because it is so easy to use.You absolutely do not need any previous experience as a barista in order to operate it. Well enough to produce a satisfying beverage and learning how to do so was simple.It include instruction booklet, cover to cover, and that’s including pictures.Basically you just need to fill the water tank,turn the machine on and let it heat up while you fill you coffee filter,then select one shot or two shot and while the coffee is brewing,you can steam the milk.Just have some trials and error is to be expected with this sort of thing,especially with someone who doesn’t have a whole lot of experience making these kinds of coffee beverage.Now I can brewing great espressos.It is easy to use,has a large water tank that doesn’t need to filling daily and it does take up a ton of room sitting on my counter.And the unit I received seems well made and neither looks nor feels cheap to me.Honestly,for an affordable machine,I am satisfied with it and recommend it.

You are in control of the coffee making process.
This is a super great coffee maker. Easy to use, easy to clean and a wll made machine. Customer service is also five star – quick response, helpful, and knowledgeable. I used to have one of those big do-all with one button type coffee maker but love this machine as it gives me control over the process. With the big machine that also grinds the coffee you can’t change the coffee or type of milk because then you’d have to change all the beans and the same with the milk. With this machine each cup can be whatever flavor or decaf or halfcaf you want for each cup. And with the steam wand foam can be from any kind of milk you prefer. An excellent combination. Trust me you won’t regret owning this machine.

Amazing purchase
I’ve had this espresso machine for about 4 days now and it works amazing! It was a little confusing as to how to use the machine properly, but once I asked the company for the instruction manual it was very easy to understand. I would say it is definitely worth the purchase. The coffee quality is amazing and I love the creme that it produces. As a former barista I love and appreciate this machine.The only complaint I have is that it is loud the beeping when it is finished and i do not know how to turn off the beeping so I cannot brew espresso at night when my family is asleep

Decent espresso machine….bad milk steamer
I was a barista this fall and there is something about making your own espresso that I just love, so when I moved into my new apartment I was on the hunt for a cheap basic espresso machine. This machine does what it needs to do, but it needs “breaking in.” It took a few weeks of use to get to the point where it was making a decent espresso (I think that I had to find the balance of the right amount of espresso and how firm to pack it). But it’s SUPER easy to use, clean, and fits beautifully on my counter. The only thing is that the milk steamer is awful, it doesn’t get nearly hot enough to properly steam milk, and takes so long that the milk just ends up with bubbles…. but for the price thats kind of expected. Luckily I dont take my coffee with milk often, so its not an issue for me…. but just a warning if you are after a machine to make quality lattes and other drinks!
