Best customer service and my favorite message tool ever!
This is truly the best message tool I have ever bought on Amazon or anywhere else. It is like an instant pain reliever without using any medications. Not only instant pain relief but also deep healing of the problem and the pain goes away for a long time. I am so impressed with it I had to buy one for my father as well and he is also in love with it. He has experienced a lot of pain relief as well and better movement in his body.I was sad the other day because the massager stopped working even after I fully charged it. I then went to the owners manual to see if it was under warranty to find out it had a 1 year warranty and I only had 2 more weeks before the warranty expired. I emailed the company and was so surprised to see that the manager responded with an hour. He quickly realized the issue with the machine and was very happy to send me a brand new one assuring me that the problem is noted and they are always working on improving their products. He even sent it expedited shipping and I got the new messager delivered in 2 days. Wow! That is the best customer service I have ever experienced here on Amazon! I am so impressed with both the product and the customer service!

Most Excellent vibration massager!
My wife and I are martial artists with 48 years of experience. Have been devoted to teaching Taiji, Qigong, Gongfu, for the last 27 years, pretty much exclusively the Wudang Internal Marital Arts for the last 18 years. Have a lot of percussive and other massagers, the R1 is a great addition to our collection and really targets problem areas we have to deal with as older martial artists that the other units we have don’t target was well. Have had the unit for several months now, it has been great to work with, easy to handle, and works very well over joints and other boney areas as well as on muscles and tendons. Highly recommend this unit!

Wow. Unexpectedly great
I’m impressed. This is a wonderful massager, with lots of power, more power than I’m used to having in a massager. I only use this massager on the lowest power level because that’s all I need. It isn’t too powerful and doesn’t bruise my skin. It’s easy to hold and isn’t too heavy. I say that as a woman with small hands, gray hair, and so-so muscles.You can feel the vibration somewhat through the handle when the massager is turned on, but I don’t notice the vibration unless I think about it.The design of this massager is thoughtful. I appreciate that the different massage heads are permanently affixed to the top of the massager so they don’t wobble and you don’t have to stop and change heads. None of the heads have sharp edges to cut you. All of them feel nice and smooth.I prefer using the bigger metal head, as it has a nice curved shape and covers more of my skin at one time. I can use it directly on my skin or over my clothes. The smaller metal head can be used to dig deep, but I seldom need that. The bigger black silicone(?)-covered head is best used directly on the skin, as it tends to drag when used on cloth-covered skin.If you buy this massager, read the instructions. Really, for once, just read them. They have some important caveats. Don’t use the massager in certain places on your body or if you have certain conditions. Keep the massager moving. Limit how long you use the massager each time. Etc. Please read them.The storage case is well made and has a zipper that goes around far enough to open the case so it lays flat. The massager fits snuggly into a molded well in the case. There’s a pocket on one side of the case to store the instruction manual and charging cord. It’s nice to store everything in one case, with the massager protected against being banged around, instead of storing all this stuff in a ziplock bag.The charging instructions were a little confusing, so here’s the skinny. Just plug one end of the charging cord into the bottom of the massager and the other end into your power source. The lights on the bottom of the charger will light up. First one light will be lit, then two lights will be lit, then three, etc., until all five lights are lit at the same time. Then all the lights will go out, and the sequence starts again. You’ll know the charger is completely charged when all five lights on the bottom stay fully lit. That’s it.I don’t know how long the massager will run before it runs out of charge; I tend to recharge after every three or four uses. In my experience, even with the first charge, it charged faster than the instructions indicated.Everybody’s body is different, so I respect that your experience may vary. This massager may be too powerful for you or too heavy or whatnot. You may have a condition that makes this massager not right for you. As for me, I have a fairly sensitive body, and it’s worked great for me.

I was so surprised that how well it worked
I was having some bad muscle and nerve pain and thought this guy might just do the trick and I was absolutely right after using it for the first time I took a nap and I woke up and it’s almost like I forgot that I had pain. It really made a difference. Can’t say everybody will have the same results but it’s pretty simple when you consider the fact that it worked the first time not to mention we’ll see in the days to come. Thumbs up for me!!

Die Vibrationen sind angenehm, einstellbar in verschiedenen Stufen und ich finde, dass bereits die unterste Stufe sehr gut funktioniert.Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn man das Teil auf Knochen anwendet – also im Nackenbereich oder den SChulterblättern. Da ist es schon unangenehm.Man merkt, dass die Vibrationen tief eindringen und die Muskeln entspannt werden. Hilfreich ist, wenn jemand anders die Anwendung vornimmt, damit man nicht durch eigene Verspannung beim Halten die Wirkung mindert bzw. aufhebt.Gut ist, dass der Hauptteil bereits verschiedene Vibrations-Köpfe hat, die eine intensivere und punktgenaue Anwendung erlauben im Vergleich zu dem breiten Hauptteil, was man auch aufsetzen kann für eine flächige Anwendung.Etwas schade ist, dass nach ca. 10 min eine Zwangsabschaltung erfolgt; man kann zwar wieder einschalten, aber die Anwendung ist erst einmal unterbrochen.Alles in allem aber ist es ein empfehlenswertes Teil, würde ich wieder kaufen!##################Ich hoffe, ich konnte euch ein paar nützliche Informationen für eure Kaufentscheidung geben!
