Wasn’t sure I was a believer in this but decided to give it a try. I’m 59 and in pretty decent shape… and trying my hardest to stay that way. Anyway I have noticed my hair is growing faster. Not sure if any new hair is growing but I don’t think I’m losing as much and it’s definitely healthier. My nails also grow longer and are stronger. I really didn’t notice anything with my skin but in the past 2 weeks 2 strangers on different occasions while I was out doing errands commented that I had beautiful skin. Wow! Dissolve quickly, no clumps, but not completely tasteless and odorless
I’ve tried other collagen powders before, and they usually have a strong fishy smell and leaves clumps in my drinks. This one is bovine-derived, so it doesn’t smell fishy. I mixed one scoop (instead of the recommended two) into cold milk, and it dissolved quickly with no clumps at all.That said, I wouldn’t call it completely tasteless or odorless. Even with one scoop, the milk had a slightly off, gamey smell — kind of like raw meat. Not unbearable, but still noticeable. I tried it in an unsweetened iced matcha latte, and the collagen taste still came through. It might be better masked in something mildly sweet?If I could get used to its taste/smell and see results, I’d consider repurchasing. Overall, I still think it’s a solid choice compared to other brands.

Bought multiple times and will purchase again definitely. Bought it for my mum, it was recommended for her knees. It has improved her mobility and she has less pain than before. You just have to keep using it continously.

This is my 4th great lakes I have brought and I think this is absolutely a must try product, I have been taking this product for nearly a few months now and the benefits are a good result (for me) I take one table spoon in morning and one table spoon before bed in cold water… I have put a lot of research into this product and i know you can buy cheaper products out there but you never know if the powder comes from animals that have been grass fed naturally or fed with chemicals so I tend to stick with the positive research. I have noticed a lot of difference for example my nails are stronger and grow nicely but that works together with me not putting nail varnishes on my nails which contain harsh chemicals that actually ruin your nails and absorb into your body… also my hair has grown better and a little quicker meaning I am not Rapunzel but I have noticed a slight length 🙂 and feels stronger, my stylist can not believe that I have not had my hair trimmed within 7 months (usually I have it cut every time I have my roots done 6-8 weeks) and together with my hair I don’t used silicone/chemical based shampoo’s conditioners etc that again ruin your hair and absorb into your body. my skin feels a lot better and I must admit on the backs of my thighs I did start to get faint cellulite looking skin if you know what I mean and it has faded that a little but all in all this has worked well for me I know everybody is different but for me it is good, my boyfriend takes it too as he suffers with bad backs and when he got out of bed in the morning his feet ached when he stood up but he said this has helped his aches a lot for him. If you were to buy it I think just buy the one for now and see how you get on I don’t suffer with allergies to anything so I cant comment on any allergy based questions.. its not suitable for vegetarian’s as it does come from the bones of animals but each to their own I guess…. I have tried the red tub… I tend to put that with a herbal tea if I am in the mood to wait for it to dissolve but to be honest that tube is still in my cupboard 🙂 anyway that’s all I can think of for my review at the moment but if I can think of anything else I will put it in another review when I buy another.
