Best Sleep of My Life
I buy a lot of Epsom salt, all Dr Teal’s and rotate based on what I need for the night. Some help with dry skin, some with sinus pain, and others have amazing scents.Let me tell you, this one was so relaxing that I noticed myself falling asleep in the tub, crawled into bed and knocked right out.In general, I also use Dr. Dr Teal’s for: resolving my nighttime muscle spasm in my calves, Charly horses, and muscle tightness. My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal’s brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses.One thing to note – If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin. For me that’s an amazing benefit, but wanted to flag for others.

Super Relaxing & A Little Goes a Long Way!
This stuff smells delicious and is relaxing, for sure. If you like bath salts, try this one. The price canât be beat – a little goes a long way. Be careful opening them, though â sometimes the bags are broken on arrivalâ¦and/or I open the box with a scissor and cut it. But theyâve definitely also arrived âpopped openââ¦either way, open it outside or in a sink or a tub!

I love love love this epsom salt! Not only does it smell amazing, it makes my skin soft and helps my nerves in my leg relax! I have noticed that I sleep better when I take a nice warm 20-25 minute bath with this amazing epsom salt at night.I am 58 years old and have some muscle stiffness and nerve pain.
