Product arrived quickly with Amazon Prime and was packaged very well. Setup was easy and the functionality is intuitive. The build quality is what you come to expect from the Alexa line. It has a good response time sometimes background nose confuses Alexa but that’s going to happen with anything voice activated. I’m pleased with the purchase and got it on sale on Black Friday deals. I would recommend this product.

Amazing
Each day it gets better. Love the Routines, the capacity to see my Blink cams, etc. Would be great if Amazon can include additional streaming apps like Max and Youtube (it is possible to watch Youtube on the browser). Bought 2 to have one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom.

Upgraded from 8 to the new 10. I’ve had a few problems with set up etc but customer service has been really awesome about walking me through fixes. Screen is easy to read..plays my spotify with no problems, seems well made and sturdy, response time is fast.
